This page gives you quick links to all my fish recipes.  If you know there is a particular fish you want to use, go to the general page for that fish, which I’ve listed first.   Below that are all the individual recipes.

But many fish are readily inter-changeable in recipes, certainly as long as you substitute white fish for white fish, or oily fish for oily fish.  If it’s a recipes for fish with a sauce you may well be able to cross even that boundary.  If you’re using an oily fish instead of a white fish you may want to experiment with a touch more acid – a hint of lemon juice, or a touch of vinegar, but it will probably work fine even if you don’t.
